VCA statement on state coaching position

The Victorian Cricket Association Board last night received a report from CEO Ken Jacobs and General Manager, Cricket Operations Shaun Graf, following the resignation of John Scholes from the position of State Coach yesterday morning.

The Board will consider a further report from the VCA's Management in the near future and anticipates being in a position to be able to make an announcement in approximately two weeks.

For the Victorian Bushrangers first match of the season against the NSW Blues in Sydney this Sunday, the team's preparation will continue under the guidance of Shaun Graf and the two Assistant Coaches, Michael O'Sullivan and Brian McFadyen.
