The ACB confirmed the highest placed winner of the semis will host the final. The Warriors finished on top of the Mercantile Mutual Cup table with four wins from six qualifying matches.

Second placed Queensland host the other semi-final against the New South Wales Blues at Border Field on Sunday.

The Western Warriors will select a 12-man side to play the Redbacks following training on Wednesday night.

Selectors must find a replacement for star batsman Damien Martyn, who departed for a six-match tour of New Zealand with the Australian one-day side this morning.
