Glamorgan player, Mark Wallace, returns to captain the NatWest England Under 19 team which will play Sri Lanka Under 19 in the second Test Match at the County Ground, Northamptonshire, starting on Monday 21 August. Wallace, who had had missed the One-Day International series and the first match of the Test Match series through injury, replaces Somerset's Carl Gazzard.
Gazzard's Somerset colleague, Peter Trego, will also miss the second Test Match due to a side strain and he returns to his county for treatment. Trego will be replaced by Glamorgan all-rounder, David Harrison, who was a member of the NatWest England Under 19 World Cup squad during the winter.
Tim Phillips, the Essex left-arm spinner, returns to his county as well, thereby reducing the squad for the second Test Match to 12 players.
England beat Sri Lanka in the first Test Match at Trent Bridge by an innings and 22 runs
