Four West Indies players whose behaviour was considered "unsatisfactory" during last summer`s tour of England have appeared before a hearing in Bridgetown.
The West Indies Board have yet to name them, but a local news agency claimed Brian Lara, Carl Hooper, Curtly Ambrose and Kenny Benjamin met the disciplinary committee.

Lara, Hooper, Ambrose, and Benjamin have each been fined ten percent of their fees made while on the England tour earlier this year, for indiscipline. Lara was punished for not being fully available for the whole duration of the tour; Ambrose for not adhering to the dress code as specified by the manager; Benjamin was also punished for not adhering to the dress code but additionally was reprimanded for disrespect towards the manager; Hooper was punished for not being fully committed to the team`s needs during the whole duration of the tour as well as for not attending certain functions held by organizations sponsoring the tour. Lara, Hooper, and Ambrose have all been chosen for the forthcoming World Series Cup tourney in Australia. The West Indian squad leaves for Australia this Sunday.
