With Steven Smith and David Warner ruled out of the IPL, their franchises - Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad - have considerable voids to fill in their overseas contingent. As per the IPL's rules, they can pick from the unsold player pool from the auction, which leaves them with a number of big names to choose from. While Hashim Amla, one of the surprise names on the unsold list, has already committed to playing county cricket for Hampshire, a number of others could eagerly be looking forward to a call from these two sides.
