Wills Cup Ticket Craze!

Officials of different government and semi government organisations yesterday demanded tickets from the IFIC Bank Federation Branch at Motijheel, after the official hours for selling tickets for the forthcoming Wills Cup Cricket tournament, witnesses said.

Pressure from different organisations to sell tickets mounted, compelling the bank officials to continue sale of tickets even after 2:00 pm yesterday.

At one stage, the ticket seekers became unruly and forced the bankers to comply with their demand.

Some officials were stranded in the bank till midnight.

MD of IFIC, when contacted over telephone, denied that there were any untoward incident regarding sale of tickets. He, however, said that officials were working till late hours, busy finishing their accounting work.
