Wisden's review of the tour match, Pakistan Cricket Board Patron's XI v West Indies
At Sharjah, October 7-9, 2016 (day/night). Drawn. ‡Pakistan Cricket Board Patron's XI 308 (103.4 overs) (Shan Masood 58, Ahmed Shehzad 52, Iftikhar Ahmed 63, Adnan Akmal 69; D. West Indies needed competitive practice with a pink ball, and got it against a team containing eight Test players. Two leg-spinners enjoyed the conditions - Devendra Bishoo and Shahzaib Ahmed both collected five-fors - but the batsmen's caution ensured a draw. Shan Masood used 191 balls for his 58 and, in reply, Darren Bravo and Shai Hope faced 491 between them for 167.
