Note: We apologize for the late arrival of this issue, due to circumstances beyond my control.
Unfortunately ZCU are not willing for me to cover Logan Cup matches live this season, so there will be no daily reports on their site, but I have arranged with the local authorities for A Division matches to send me daily scorecards, so it will at least be possible to find the scores of the previous day's play. The matches will be reviewed in our next issue.
We also include an interview with Russell Tiffin, Zimbabwe's representative on the ICC elite panel of umpires, just managing to catch him in between trips abroad. We were less fortunate with Kish Gokal, manager of Zimbabwe A, who promised us an interview about the tour by Namibia that finished last weekend, but it has been impossible to contact him all week. We will hope for more success more next week, when we also hope to interview Andy Flower, especially on his season with Essex.
