0.2 gone second ball! The off stump is leaning like the tower of Pisa, Dawlat is roaring with delight. He aimed a length delivery at the top of off, and Chamu just swished across the line at it. It was a bit of a nothing shot, to be honest. His feet barely moved. Afghanistan strike the first blow! 0/1
View dismissal Sikandar Raza c & b Gulbadin Naib 21 19 13 3 1 161.53
3.5 he's gone this time! This short ball just seems to have taken Raza by surprise a little. His weight was forward, and by the time he got back the ball was already at him, and he spliced a top edge straight up in the air. Gulbadin himself settles under it to hold the catch. 30/2
View dismissal SC Williams c Shafiqullah b Rashid Khan 54 39 26 8 2 207.69
8.1 he's gone! The leggie does the trick! A fine innings comes to an end! Williams was aiming for another boundary. He came down the track at Rashid and biffed him down the ground, but he couldn't get the distance to beat long-off, running around. 85/3
View dismissal R Mutumbami lbw b Amir Hamza 43 47 33 1 2 130.30
14.5 oh, that's a timely strike. An enterprising knock comes to an end. Mutumbami has placed the orthodox sweep much better than the reverse, which has now lead to his dismissal. He swaps himself around in the crease, but the ball is much too full and he can't get his reverse sweep down in time. Pinged in front of middle. 145/4
View dismissal E Chigumbura* c Najibullah Zadran b Amir Hamza 33 40 28 3 0 117.85
17.6 Chigumbura comes down the track and targets long-on with a slog, but he's not hit it all that well and the fielder down there holds an easy catch. 166/6
View dismissal CR Ervine c Gulbadin Naib b Dawlat Zadran 4 7 3 1 0 133.33
16.2 he has his man! Caught in the deep! Dawlat sent down another length delivery, but this time Ervine was on the walk into the leg side. He scooped the ball high into the air, but not far enough to beat the fielder. 157/5
View dismissal MN Waller c Shafiqullah b Gulbadin Naib 12 14 9 0 1 133.33
19.2 but gone this time! It was another slower one, out of the back of the hand by the looks of things, and this time Waller has aimed over long off. But he didn't connect it well enough to beat the fielder, who caught it about a foot in from the rope. 178/7

10.5 two in two! Both openers depart now. Chibhabha sent this down very full again, aimed at the base of middle really, and Shahzad missed his flick into the leg side. The bowler appealed, the umpire agreed, and Zimbabwe celebrate another one. Shahzad seems to be indicating that it was a slower ball, out of the back of the hand. 95/2
View dismissal Usman Ghani c Madziva b Chibhabha 65 49 45 6 3 144.44
10.4 superb catch! I didn't think he could possibly get to this. Ghani set his eye on a full ball on off stump, and hammered it in the air straight down the ground. Madziva was at long-off, and he charged around the boundary towards the ball. But it was dropping on him the whole time, and he had to dive to even get close. Somehow, he's got his fingers underneath it, and Zimbabwe have the breakthrough. 95/1

View dismissal Mohammad Nabi run out (Mpofu/†Mutumbami) 15 16 11 1 0 136.36
14.5 from Chibhabha, oooh, that's a very important strike! The in-form Nabi is gone! They've pushed for one too many! Nabi lifted a length delivery up and over point, and Mpofu sprinted in from the cover boundary to cut it off. He got there quickly, and the batsmen decided to take on his arm with a second run. But Mpofu is one of Zimbabwe's best outfielders, and his bullet throw went straight into Mutumbami's gloves, the wicketkeeper disturbing the stumps with Nabi short. Advantage Zimbabwe. 133/3
View dismissal Najibullah Zadran b Muzarabani 2 9 4 0 0 50.00
16.1 or maybe not because he's bowled him! That will help Zimbabwe. The dangerous Najibullah has his leg stump knocked out of the ground. The ball wasn't a yorker, but it was right up to him, and he would have been better off aiming straight. But he swung across the line, and right past the ball. 146/4
View dismissal Karim Sadiq run out (Muzarabani) 11 14 5 0 1 220.00
18.6 Muzarabani to Gulbadin Naib, what reactions! The ball was smashed hard back at Muzarabani, into the ground. It seemed sure to go past him, but he stuck a hand out and caught it. Sadiq was way out of his crease at the non-striker's end, and Muzarabani immediately broke the stumps with a quick throw. 182/4
