Paula Ritchie is a student and plays for the Ferguslie club in Paisley. A reluctant right-arm medium bowler and opening or middle-order batsman, she confesses to liking almost everything about cricket - watching, playing, batting, fielding, team spirit - except bowling. Ritchie is a newish member to the squad, and is coming into her own with a determined attitude which has developed her batting significantly in the last six months.
