It was only the third time that Zimbabwe had bowled them out in 34 attempts, but the improvements in the bowling did not seep into their batting. The top-order did not offer much fight except for Sean Williams' gutsy fifty. Once they tumbled to 88 for 6, there was really no hope of a comeback. Yet the Bulawayo crowd had their fun, nothing would stamp out their spirit. It was fun watching them sing and dance, but the joy on the field was quite limited
