7.56pm: A mammoth presentation draws to a close, and the dust starts to settle on this ODI series. Thanks for tuning in throughout, and we'll be back before long for the first of three T20Is on Thursday, March 9. From myself, Alan, Chandan, Miller, Sudarshanan and Isam, it's goodbye for now.

Buttler collects the trophy from Nazmul Hassan Papon. Handshakes with the various dignitaries before he goes to celebrate with his team-mates. That's his first bilateral ODI series win since taking over as full-time captain last summer.

Tamim Iqbal is next up. "We were really looking forward to this game. We wanted to finish on a high. Still disappointed because we lost the series. The first game was a killer. Praise must go to England and the way they played. Adil bhai was brilliant throughout the series. Today was still not the best, we should have scored 270-280. But the bowling effort was fantastic. [WC prep?] There's a lot of room for improvement still. We're a good team in ODIs but when we go overseas and have different conditions, we have to try and do better. [T20Is?] There are some exciting players coming in. I wish them all the best."

Adil Rashid is the Player of the Series. "It felt good throughout the series, not just myself but I thought we bowled well as a collective unit in these conditions. [Rehan?] He's got something special about him. Hopefully as time goes on, he'll develop his game and get better."

Shakib Al Hasan is the, err, Tiger of the Match. He's also the Player of the Match, which earns him another novelty cheque from the suits. "We've been very good in the last five to seven years at home. We showed a lot of character. We could have rolled over and lost three-nil but we fought to the end and luckily we got the win. We thought we were 20-30 runs short but having said that, our bowlers talked about stepping up and doing a job for the team. We expect our top-order players to score hundreds, not fifties."

Time for the presentation. Jos Buttler is first up. "We wanted desperately to win the game today but of course we're still delighted to win the series. We got off to a fantastic start but Bangladesh fought back really well. [Curran's promotion?] It was a great opportunity for Sam to get up the order. He's someone with huge potential with the bat. [World Cup prep?] We got out of this tour exactly what we wanted. We wanted to play on wickets like that. Great for us to challenge ourselves in these conditions, the conditions that we find the hardest. [T20Is?] We look forward to the games. It's a format we really enjoy."

7.29pm: A confidence-boosting, consolation win for Bangladesh, avoiding the series whitewash with an impressive all-round performance. Shakib Al Hasan was the star as he so often is, making a vital 75 before taking four wickets to strangle England's run chase, while Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mushfiqur Rahim and Ebadot Hossain all impressed too. England experimented somewhat with the series already in the bag, but will be disappointed to have fallen so far short of a score that was around par on a slow surface.

Mustafa Moudi: "Wish Shakib has reached his century with the bat so that he could had a triple celebration - POTM Award, 300 Wickets and 7000 ODI Runs on a single day !!"

Abyaz: "An incredible fighting display by Bangladesh. Amazing performance by Ebadot and Shakib! The champions got sent back by the roar of the tigers!!!"

Mustafizur to Woakes, OUT

and there is Fizz's wicket! Bangladesh win by 50 runs. Good-length ball, angling across the right-hander. Woakes shaped to drive through mid-on and was through the shot slightly earlier, chipping it back to the bowler's right. Mustafizur fumbled it at the first attempt, but had enough composure to cling onto the second chance as the ball looped up.

The Fizz is back, still looking for his first wicket of the series.

Sampath Bandarupalli: "This is the 4th time Shakib Al Hasan has a fifty-plus score and a four-wicket haul in the same ODI. Shahid Afridi and Chris Gayle both achieved this double on three occasions in ODIs."

Adil: "Vintage Shakib performance"

Shakib to Archer, no run

skids into the pad, up goes the finger! Archer reviews immediately, and why wouldn't he, with one left? Looked like the arm ball, drifting past the inside edge and into the pad, just below the knee roll. Might be sliding down the leg side with the angle. No bat involved. But missing leg stump!

Shakib to Rehan, OUT

filthy drag-down outside off stump... drilled straight to short midwicket on the pull! Stunning effort by Mehidy! The umpires will send this upstairs to check if this was a clean catch. The soft signal is out. It was a very low chance, close to the ground, but the ball is clearly in the fielder's hands. Rehan slinks off, and Bangladesh are one away!
