Presentation

Dhoni: Games like these, you need to be calm right through the end. we bowled well, there were a few overs where we gave away a lot of runs but Kulasekara bowled well. The last ball, had it gone straight to hand, it would have been a Super Over and that is never an easy thing.

Dravid: You got to give credit to the bowlers, they restricted us to the score, we fell 20-25 runs short. Proud of the way the boys bowled, lot of young boys and we have done well. The way Stuart Binny bowled to the likes of Dhoni and Bravo was excellent.

Faff du Plessis is the man of the match for the second time in a row. He says, "We have played here a couple of days and got 150 plus, so we are used to the slow wicket. I am in a good space, good form, when you are in good form you need to cash in, trying to take it easy, not think too much"

That was an excellent finish in the end, after it looked throughout that the game was going to get over at least an over before the close! In the end, captain Dhoni calmly guided them through to a win, but not before they had survived some anxious moments. Presentation in a few minutes.

In the mean time, you can head over for the commentary of the second match between Delhi and Pune here

19.6
2
Binny to Dhoni, 2 runs

bad ball under the circumstances, full toss drifting down, flicked away to the leg-side, and while it is fielded well at deep square-leg by Cooper, they are able to get back for the second run. The throw was a tad awry, but he should have made it anyway!

19.5
1
Binny to Dwayne Bravo, 1 run

yorker yet again and that has been played away to long-off for...only a single! What have Chennai done, why have they taken it to the last ball?

19.4
1
Binny to Dhoni, 1 run

slower yet again, driven to mid-off and Dravid slides and they get a single.

19.3
2

yorker and played away well though by Dhoni, through to deep mid-wicket for a couple.

19.2
1
Binny to Dwayne Bravo, 1 run

8 off five. Surely they cannot mess up

Binny to Dhoni, 1 run

Slower one and played away to the off side for a single

Apoorv: ""Will there be another twist in the tale?!" - Ravi Shastri"

"You betcha AP the double Rs will want that to happen!" - Danny Morrison"

18.3
1
Cooper to Dwayne Bravo, 1 run

18.1
2
Cooper to Dwayne Bravo, 2 runs

fullish ball, played away to the leg-side and the pair run quickly enough to get their second run! Hogg could do nothing to prevent it.

Bravo tries to go inside-out and that is misfielded by Binny this time, and it goes through to the sweeper for a couple.

Oooh! Run-out chance missed and they get an overthrow! Driven to the covers and well fielded by Binny, who tries to throw the stumps down at the striker's end, Bravo was way out, misses.
