The ball spoons up towards mid on, who does the rest. The umpires want to check the height of the delivery but it looked fine on first glance. Full and hung outside off stump. Santner tries to carve it over the deep extra cover fence but has to reach out for this a tad bit. Beautifully flighted googly that lands on a full length on off stump. Dry has absolutely no clue about this and goes wafting at it, leaving a massive gap between bat and pad. The ball breezes through that gap and thuds into the stumps!. 103/7 13.1 to A Zampa, and he knocks Zampa over! Looped up on a length on off stump. Zampa pre-meditates the paddle and walks across his stumps. In the end, he cuts himself off and is nowhere close to making contact as the ball goes past the thigh pad and then hits off stump!. 111/9 13.6 to LH Ferguson, that will be that! Texas Super Kings win the inaugural fixture of the MLC by 69 runs! Another perfectly disguised wrong'un that Ferguson fails to pick. He swings for the hills but is not to the pitch of the ball.
