Pitches on length just around off, turning away a bit and strikes him on the front pad as he misses the sweep. No edge there, UltraEdge confirms, but it might be hitting him outside off. Pitched up with flight, de Kock goes for his trademark slog sweep and sends it high but doesn't get enough to clear Asalanka in the deep. He pouches it a few yards inside the rope. 73/1 11.1 to RR Hendricks, the other opener falls off the sweep as wel off Hasarangal, top-edged to short fine leg.
