9.23 pm Originals make the home fans leave happy, albeit in nervy fashion. Josh Little's five-for sets up the victory. Invincibles season is over. After losing their first three matches in this year's tourney, the Originals are now red hot picking up their fifth straight win going into the playoff eliminator against London Spirit on Friday.

Match Hero is Josh Little: "I don't think as nervous as I was watching the last half-hour there. What a game. Just delighted to be a part of it. Just a great bunch of lads and delighted with the win. I was just keeping it simple trying to get them to hit to the big side of the ground and luckily it came off today. The slowies started to grip toward the end so I was trying to bowl those and get them hitting to the big side of the ground. [On Madsen] Unbelievable, under the pressure to come out and perform the way he did. Delighted for him."

That's it for our live coverage of the league phase of the tourney. Enjoy the day off tomorrow before coming back on Friday for our live coverage of the Eliminator. On behalf of Matt Roller, I'm Peter Della Penna. Take care!

Milnes to Walter, 1 run

missed runout! Yorker on the stumps dug out to mid-off and they scamper a frantic single. The fielder throws from his knees but the ball bounces over the top of the stumps with Walter stumbling over the non-striker's crease to complete the winning single. Manchester Originals win with a ball to spare to go into the playoff Eliminator!

Oval Invincibles are now out. It's either Manchester Originals advancing with a win or Birmingham Phoenix going through with a tie if the last two balls are dots.

Milnes to Walter, SIX runs

dropped and goes over for six! Slower ball on a length, heaves this a mile high toward deep midwicket. The fielder on the rope loses his balance trying to slap this back into play and it falls off his hands over the rope. He was two yards inside the rope, lost his bearings. He could have taken the catch standing upright but thought he was out of room against the boundary when in reality he had plenty of space. Instead of a wicket it becomes six!
