1.3 to P Nissanka, And the early pressure pays off! This one was slightly fuller, angled in on off. Nissanka looks to go across the line and heave this over midwicket but ends up getting a thick edge that flies straight to the man at third man. 1/1 1.4 to MDKJ Perera, And he's gone first ball! The extra bounce doing the trick as this one is angled away from the left hander, who only manages to punch this in the air towards point. Ryan Burl has a lot of work to do though, as he flings himself to his left and takes this excellently with both hands. 1/2 | ||||||||||

3.4 to BKG Mendis, Edged and Sri Lanka are three down! This was very wide on a good length, Mendis is reaching for this square drive but ends up edging it straight to point. 20/3 17.5 to KIC Asalanka, But Asalanka goes anyway the very next ball! End of a fantastic inning! Another low full toss that's carved high on the offside. This time towards deep backward point, where Williams holds on to a very good catch, low and on the run. 145/5 | ||||||||||

4.4 to S Samarawickrama, And it's four down! Extra bounce off a length outside off, Sadeera looks to leave this late but not late enough. The ball has glanced off the shoulder of the bat and Sadeera walks! Masakadza was not sure at all but the keeper was up immediately. 12.3 to BJ Bennett, And Theekshana delivers! Bennett made room one time too many, this time the carrom ball is straighter and skids through quicker than expected. It's too good for Bennett as the ball fizzes through and crashes into the top of off. 96/2 14.3 to SC Williams, Theekshana takes matters into his own hands! Williams goes for the reverse but he gets nowhere near connecting with it. Shows all three stumps, as Theekshana skids this through and crashes into the stumps. 112/4 | ||||||||||

13.3 to Sikandar Raza, And Raza falls to an absolute blinder at deep midwicket! This was short and pulled flat and hard, it looked like a six for most of its journey, but Samarawickrama on the ropes judged it perfectly. He was in from the boundary line, but works his way back and takes this excellently overhead with two hands. 105/3 17.4 to RP Burl, Burl nicks through!. This was better from Chameera! Full and quick outside off. Swing and a miss from Burl, or was it? There's a sound as this passes the bat and Sri Lanka review for caught behind. There was a puff of dust as this passed the bat, but there there looks to be a murmur as the ball passes the edge! Great review by Sri Lanka, as Burl gets the bad news!. 143/6 | ||||||||||
