As a promising fast bowler, Louis Klazinga made an immediate impact upon breaking into the Namibia national team in 2006. His finest hour to date came as Namibia routed the United Arab Emirates that December and Kalzinga took match figures of 8 for 32 bagging his maiden first-class five-wicket haul in the second innings.

He gained the award of most improved player for Namibia in 2007 and if he continues to progress at the same rate he will play a major role in Namibia's bid for World Cup qualification in 2011.
