Sri Lanka Tour Of West Indies Has Been Finalized

The Board of Control for Cricket in West Indies, in consultation with the Board of Control for Cricket in Sri Lanka, have finalised their home series with the World champions in May/ June this year.

Sri Lanka`s first ever Test tour of the Caribbean Islands will be from May 23 to June 23. Prior to the West Indies tour, Sri Lanka will tour New Zealand in March and host Pakistan in April.

Sri Lanka will open their one-month tour of New Zealand with a one day game against the Northern District at Owen Delamcy Park on February 27 next year. Sri Lanka will play New Zealand `A` from March 2 to 4 at Harry Barker Reserve, Gibson, before playing the first Test against New Zealand from March 7 at Carisbrook in Dunedin.
