A batting allrounder, Aylish Cranstone was a part of the Surrey Stars side that won the Kia Super League in 2018, though her opportunities with bat and ball were heavily limited with so many allrounders in the side. A former England Under-19, Cranstone has played for Hampshire, Devon and Surrey, and was part of the South East Stars squad in the first season of the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy in 2020.
