6.6 to HM Amla, gone! England have their second and a fuller length pays off as Amla flicks straight to short midwicket...that's a good fielding position for Amla who didn't get over the ball and Anderson was clearly delighted with that. 24/2 10.3 to JP Duminy, well, that was strange! A slower-ball bouncer catches the back of Duminy's bat as he tried to guide a pull away, and the ball looped slowly to Prior. England haven't bowled all that well and the pitch is flat, but it's 35 for 3.. 35/3 20.6 to MV Boucher, what a ripper! That's a beauty from Anderson, holding its line and beating Boucher's outside edge to take out the off stump...almost silence around the ground as South Africa slip further. 78/5 22.5 to R McLaren, gone! Another for Anderson, that's four...South Africa in a real hole as McLaren, starved of any scoring opportunities, drives at a hint of width but can only pick out Collingwood at backward point and he wasn't going to miss that chance. 78/6 26.2 to J Botha, that's five! A career-best for Anderson as it rears off a length and takes the outside edge through to Prior...that was almost unplayable and Anderson rightly takes all the plaudits. 84/7
9.5 | 0 | 30 | 2 | 3.05 | 48 | 5 | 0 | 2 | 0 | |
1.2 to GC Smith, well, what an early breakthrough for England as Broad pitches the ball up and finds a hint of movement to trap Smith on the crease as he plays to leg...wasn't a huge appeal to be honest, and it didn't look stone dead, but England won't be bothered about that. 6/1 36.5 to AN Petersen, Stunner! Petersen advances but Broad sees him coming and goes short. The attempted swipe is mistimed and Luke Wright, back-peddling, timed a one-handed leap perfectly to take a pearler in his right hand. Sums up England's performance perfectly.. 119/10

8 | 2 | 15 | 1 | 1.87 | 36 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
13.5 to AB de Villiers, England continue to strike. Much fuller and de Villiers was disappointed but the replays show the ball was clipping the top of leg. Big wicket and South Africa are in real trouble. 55/4
4 | 0 | 20 | 2 | 5.00 | 11 | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
29.5 to WD Parnell, what a stunner! Andrew Strauss has pulled off a cracking catch at backward point (normally filled by the man bowling) as he flings himself low to his left to pluck the chance inches off the turf after Parnell tried to drive square. That gives Collingwood his 100th ODI wicket and England can do no wrong today.. 92/8 33.6 to M Morkel, another cutter but beat Morkel's defensive stroke. It jumped a little off the pitch and a long, long appeal was finally rewarded. Morkel was a long way down but replays suggested again that the umpire was right.. 112/9 |

21.4 to PD Collingwood, another goes, the in-form Collingwood departs as he advances at McLaren, plays defensively and gets a thick outside which is swallowed by Boucher. 83/3

16.5 to AJ Strauss, five balls is all it took for Botha. He beats Strauss's attempted cut with one that kept coming in with the arm and cramped him for room. Struck the pad first and it was plumb.. 74/1 18.4 to KP Pietersen, now he's gone...what a lame dismissal, chipped gently to midwicket and Botha has his second. 80/2 |
