Pushed down on a length with no pace on middle, he creates room and backs away a lot, pulled to midwicket and dashes across to the other end, eked out a win by the barest of margin

Corbin Bosch, Player of the Match: Happy to put in a performance when the team really needed it. We assessed the conditions really well quite early. (KG shared his insights on the pitch). We bowled well in partnerships. Nice to see how everyone was on the mark. (On qualification) It will be incredibly special. The competition hasn't gone the way we wanted... Good luck to Pretoria.
Phew. Finally, it's over. It was a riveting contest that ebbed and flowed throughout. Sunrisers were playing catch-up in this game, and had it not been for Jansen's quickfire knock, it might have been over much earlier, with MI Cape Town even having a good chance of staying in contention - they still do as three teams will compete for one spot. However, they couldn't put their foot on the gas paddle harder, and were unable to chase it down inside 16 overs, thus missing out on the opportunity to earn a bonus point. Hendricks and Linde breathed some life into the chase, and despite a hiccup down the order, they just had enough in the tank to get over the line. Sunrisers remain second, having already qualified for the playoffs while MI Cape Town move one step up to sixth. Credit to Sunrisers for making a game out of a low score and fighting till the end. The win, though, was set up by MI Cape Town bowlers, who were fantastic tonight, with the pacers right on top of their game.
Oversteps and that's a cardinal sin at this stage of the game. Pitched up outside off, he forehands it down to long-off
Players in the dugout are feeling the heat, you can cut the tension with a knife. Floated from around and skidded on, outside off, pushed to long-off
drops the pace and the change in pace works like a charm, length-ish ball floating in the corridor outside off, throws his bat at it and taken by the man at deep cover, flashed the cut but sent straight to Van Buuren - the sub. Now then, where is this game heading?
Useful dot. That leapt insanely off the deck in the channel, shorter thunderbolt flying away in the corridor, tries a swivel pull, beaten by the pace and searing bounce
Pitched up and gets it to deviate in a touch at middle, punched to mid-on and it's a dicey call for a run, Jansen with a throw and it naturally took him a long time to fetch the ball, 147 kph btw
On a length just outside off, drives it crisply to sweeper cover for a single
Bit short and more room, slapped on the rise to deep cover and the fielder covers a lot of ground running to his right, nabs two more, only a hit away from the victory
Over the wicket, shorter in length, line is outside off, cuts it to point
Doesn't matter, he takes matters in his own hands and the dreadful rattle means he has to go back tot he pavillion. Shortish ball curling back at middle, he went leg-side to cut and got bowled. With hopes low and exit from the tournament guaranteed, it might have made them bogged down and the low spirits could be a factor why they are in a bit of a bother here
Back of a length at middle and leg, worked to deep midwicket's right, wanted another, a direct hit from Hermann would have seen the back of Smith, throw not on target
Slammed! That will make the equation easier, lots of revs, bowls it short and gets it to spin a little outside off, had the room and he clatters it insolently into he gap at cover-point for a four
Pulls his length back, some width available, thwacks a cut to deep point
Loaded on a fuller length into the toes, flicked to short midwicket
Around the wicket, shorter and skidding on at middle, worked to deep midwicket for a single
Stesp to the leg-side and he bowls a teasing shortish ball that slid across off, he reaches out and he launches the ball flat and hard to Stubbs at long-off. Giving a sniff to Sunrisers, let's see if there's any twist left in this game. Closed face and bit of toe-end, got top-spin to contend
Floated on middle and leg, down on one knee and brings the broom out, plays a yawning sweep to deep backward square, 15 away from a comfortable win
Lobbed up and skidding on off a length, pulls his length. back a wee bit, stays deep and punches it to cover
That has been knocked out of the park! Typical Pollard Power! Shorter and skidding on towards him as he steps leg-side, heaved over the top and into the aisles
Mathi: "It's 12:20 in India, seriously MICT kindly complete this match so that commentators and myself can get a good amount of sleep!!!"
Tossed up on a tight off-stump line, squirts away to deep third, Nortje with a terrific dive and has stopped a certain four, full commitment
