At a meeting of the Eastern Province Executive held last Thursday evening it was decided
to constitute a Commission of Inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the
Port Elizabeth Cricket Board AGM, which was held on Tuesday 19 June 2001.
The Commission will be headed by Vice President Ronnie Pillay and will
comprise the following people.
Max Ntshona (Amateur Cricket Portfolio Chairperson), Rajan Moodaley (Chairperson Provincial Monitoring Committee), Neil Ward (Independent)
The Commission has been asked to investigate the issue promptly and report
back to the EPCB Executive by Thursday 28 June 2001.
