ECB names Zimbabwe triumvirate
At a meeting of the ECB Management Board (MB) earlier today the issue of England's participation in the ICC World Cup match in Harare on February 13th was discussed.

At a meeting of the ECB Management Board (MB) earlier today the issue of England's participation in the ICC World Cup match in Harare on February 13th was discussed.
The meeting agreed that three members of the MB should be given delegated responsibility to decide upon whether the ECB will make a submission to the ICC World Cup Technical Committee to request that England's match in Harare be moved to South Africa for safety reasons.
No such decision has yet been taken, and would not be taken prior to consultation with the England Captain, the England Head Coach and the Professional Cricketers' Association.
The three members of the MB who have been delegated this responsibility are:
David Morgan, Chairman of the ECB
Tim Lamb, Chief Executive of the ECB
John Pickup, Chairman of the ECB Recreational Forum and a solicitor
