ICC Super Series selection panel to be announced Wednesday
The selection panel for the inaugural International Cricket Council (ICC) Super Series will be announced on Wednesday, 2 February 2005 at the Telstra Dome in Melbourne.

The selection panel for the inaugural International Cricket Council (ICC) Super Series will be announced on Wednesday, 2 February 2005 at the Telstra Dome in Melbourne.
ICC Chief Executive, Malcolm Speed, will name the international panel of cricket greats who will choose the ICC World XI teams to take on Australia in October.
The ICC will also announce ticketing information for the forthcoming series.
One of the game's greatest players and Chairman of the ICC World XI selection will be at the announcement and available to the media along with a number of members of the Australian cricket team including Ricky Ponting (Captain), Glenn McGrath, and Michael Clarke.
The ICC Super Series will see the Australia as the number one ranked team in international cricket take on a team of the best players from all other countries in a three-match, one-day series on 5, 7, and 9 October 2005 at the Telstra Dome in Melbourne, and a one-off, six-day Super Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground from 14-19 October, 2005.
