Justice Albie Sachs has advised that he is hoping to be in a position to announce the decision of the ICC Disputes Resolution Committee concerning the ICC Code of Conduct process dispute between the International Cricket Council and the Board of Control for Cricket in India on Thursday 28 July.
Justice Sachs has indicated that once the parties in the dispute have been notified, he will be available for a media teleconference. This has been provisionally booked for 4pm (UK time) (8.30pm in New Delhi) though is subject to change pending further advice from Justice Sachs.
To assist with planning, media interested in joining the teleconference should send an email to natalie.ghamar@icc-cricket.com. They will receive a response by email at least two hours before the scheduled start of the conference which will contain details of how to join the call. No more than one person per media organisation will be able to join the call.
Justice Sachs has indicated that during the call he will provide details of the decision of the ICC Disputes Resolution Committee.
Broadcast media interested in a one-on-one interview with Justice Sachs at Lord's Cricket Ground after the call has concluded should contact natalie.ghamar@icc-cricket.com.
The decision of the ICC Disputes Resolution Committee will also be communicated by media release on Thursday.
