Northern Districts Cricket today announced the 11 players to be offered contracts for the 2003-04 season. The specific rankings of the individuals will remain confidential.
In alphabetical order the players offered contracts are:
Graeme Aldridge
Matthew Hart
Nick Horsley
Gareth Irwin
Hamish Marshall
James Marshall
Bruce Martin
Mark Orchard
Grant Robinson
Gareth West
Joseph Yovich
The three new players to be offered contracts are Gareth Irwin, Mark Orchard, and Grant Robinson. All three have graduated through Northern Districts' development programmes.
"It is satisfying to see that places for contracted players have been filled by individuals identified and developed through ND pathways," said chief executive of Northern Districts Cricket, John Turkington.
Missing from last year are Michael Parlane, who has opted to move to Wellington, David Kelly who is moving to Christchurch to study and Simon Andrews who is heading north to Auckland.
