If Australia wins all three matches of its One-Day International series against Zimbabwe starting today it will improve its official ODI rating by one point.
A 3-0 win for the visitors will boost their rating to 136, extending Australia's lead at the top of the table to 26 points.
This outcome will cause Zimbabwe's rating to fall one point from 63 to 62 points but they will remain ninth in the 11-team table.
If the World Champions fail to win all three matches their rating will fall by at least one point.
This will be the last One-Day International cricket for both sides before the official ratings are refreshed at the start of August.
