Terms and Conditions
- The contest closes on the last day of each calendar month at 23:00 Sri Lanka time. All entries must be received by this time.
- Employees and their relatives of Mobitel and Cricinfo are allowed to participate but are not eligible to win any prizes.
- Cricinfo Limited does not accept responsibility for late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications or for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any event which may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
- The decision of organizers in all respects shall be binding and final.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify/cancel the contest at any time.
- In case of a tie, the winner will be decided as per the tie breaker rules.
- Details given on entry to the Contest will only be used in accordance with the data protection guidelines followed by Cricinfo Ltd. The data gathered will be property of Cricinfo India and Mobitel. The data gathered will be used for communicating marketing offers by Cricinfo Lanka and Mobitel.
- Taxes & other levies on the winning prize may be imposed by any relevant applicable government or tax authorities and the winners shall be fully responsible for the same.
- The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or otherwise.
