Episode Three - Pull-ups

Many body builders will tell you that a wide grip pull up is probably one of the best, if not the best exercise, for muscles in the upper back. It is a relative safe exercise with a low risk of injury as the player uses his own body weight as resistance. There are definite benefits in doing the two types of pull-ups, and it is one of the best exercises you can do to build base strength. Also, it's an exercise that you can do at regular intervals for building and improving strength.
