Probably one of the most important exercises that the medium or fast bowler should look at. The primary goal here is to improve strength & stability in the knee, pelvic and glute area. It also requires some upper body strength as a secondary component. A must do exercises for all bowlers, and also a very good rehabilitation exercise to strengthen and improve ankle, knee and pelvic stability. Remember in these type of exercises it is not so much about the resistance/weight used -- it is more about control of the movement, full range and balance.
