Even though he missed a majority of this season due to national commitments, Wade made a thumping impact in the last game scoring a 44-ball 86 and winning the Player-of-the-Match award, too. He has been a sensational opener for the Hurricanes scoring 1154 runs at an average of 44.38 and a strike rate of 157.86.

With his favourite opening partner Wade back in the side, Short seems to have got his missing form back too. He made scores of 54, 43 and 72 in the recent games after struggling with the bat initially. He has also been bowling in almost all games and has picked up seven wickets so far.

Sam Harper: In a season full of batting debacles, Sam Harper is the only bright spot for Renegades having scored the most runs for his side - 332 runs in 13 games. His last three scores are 63, 39 and 57. He has scored 124 runs in five innings at an average of 41.33 and a strike rate of 137.77 against the Hurricanes.

Peter Hatzoglou: The 22-year-old spinner has been setting the BBL on fire not just on the field but off the field too. He is the leading wicket taker for Renegades this season with 16 wickets in 11 innings. He can tend to get a bit expensive but is always amongst the wickets.

Nathan Ellis: Leading the likes of Scott Boland and Riley Meredith, Nathan Ellis, the right-arm pacer, is the highest wicket taker for Hurricanes with 20 scalps in 13 games so far. He has been one of the most consistent players in the league having gone wicketless only twice in his last 18 BBL appearance. His 13 wickets in the death overs are the most for any player in BBL10.

Zak Evans: With Renegades missing their key pacers in Kane Richardson and James Pattinson, Zak Evans got the opportunity recently. He has grabbed the opportunity with both hands as he picked up five wickets in the last two games.

Sandeep Lamichhane: After starting the tournament expensively, Lamichhane has gradually found his rhythm back and looks to be on top of his bowling now. He has picked up eight wickets in seven games and picked up five wickets in two games against Renegades last season. Against a team which has struggled against spin the most, expect him to get wickets.
