Oppo Selfie expert contest: Terms and conditions

This contest - SELFIE EXPERT is valid till June 18, 2017. All completed entries must be received by that time.
This promotion is open only to Indian nationals residing in India above 18 years of age.
No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
Entry to the contests is void where prohibited.
The Contest is organized by ESPN DIGITAL MEDIA INDIA PVT LTD (herein after referred to as ESPNcricinfo.com) and it is fully responsible and liable for managing the contest in regard to execution, selection and gratification aspect of the contest.
OPPO India Pvt Ltd (herein after referred to as OPPO) is only the promotion partner and has no responsibility in managing the contest, execution, selection and gratification with respect to the contest.
The decision of ESPNcricinfo.com will be final & will be binding on all and is non-contestable.
ESPNcricinfo.com reserves the right to withdraw/or alter any of the terms and/or conditions of the contest or offers at any time without giving any prior notice.
The winners will be entitled to prizes mentioned on the 'About the contest' page of ESPNcricinfo.com, subject to fulfillment of applicable Terms and Conditions of the contest.
ESPNcricinfo.com or OPPO shall not be liable for any Warranty either expressed or implied in respect to the prizes distributed.
To the extent permitted by law, ESPNcricinfo.com or OPPO make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize. The prizes shall be subject to standard Manufacturer's Warranty terms.
ESPNcricinfo.com or OPPO shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, and/or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in this contest or by using any of the prizes.
ESPNcricinfo.com or OPPO accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prizes shown or in the maximum retail prices of the prizes shown.
OPPO will be responsible for dispatching of the prizes to the respective winners which is duly serviced by any reputable courier company and is within the delivery area within the courier company. In the absence of such provision, the winner(s) will be given the option to collect their prizes from the nearest office of the courier company.
OPPO will ensure that proper packaging of the prizes is done before shipping them to winners. In case it is damaged, the ESPNCricinfo.com and OPPO will not be responsible for any such losses.
In case of loss of shipment, the courier company will fulfill the loss as per the booked value of the consignment.
All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes. In the event, a winner of the contest chooses not to accept the prize, he or she forfeits all claims to the prize.
No prizes would be awarded if the information presented at the time of registration, to be factually incorrect with regard to invalid Email ID and/or Telephone / Mobile Numbers are given to the organizers to contact the participants.
The prizes to winners shall be given subject to production of all such documents/papers (such as identity proof, valid address proof etc) as required by OPPO before delivering the prize. Apart from the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against ESPNcricinfo.com or OPPO.
All prizes will be eligible for tax deduction at source under the Income Tax Act 1961, as may be applicable, which shall be borne by the respective winners. All other applicable taxes, cess, octroi etc shall be borne by the winner. If the winner does not agree to bear the said TDS and other taxes as mentioned above, an alternative winner who agrees to pay the TDS will be chosen by ESPNcricinfo.com.
The prize fulfillment will take up to 60 days from the date of receipt of TDS from the winner.
All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the contest against ESPNcricinfo.com or OPPO.
ESPNcricinfo.com and OPPO shall in no way be liable for the details, comments, suggestions, results that appear on the screen at the end of the game.
Employees (full time or part time or contractual), Directors of ESPNcricinfo.com OR OPPO, their family members and relatives are not eligible to participate in this contest.
The Contest is subject to force majeure conditions and ESPNcricinfo.com or OPPO shall bear no responsibility for cancellation or postponement of this contest.
The entrants would be solely held liable for any details including but not restricted to age, name, profession, investment declaration entered by them.
All entrants permit ESPNCricinfo.com to share their personal information with OPPO without any restrictions, to use this personal information submitted by them under the contest for any activity or lead generation by OPPO.
Any dispute arising out of this Contest or otherwise shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Bangalore city only.
By participating in this contest, the entrants accept will abide by all the Terms and Conditions as mentioned hereinabove.
