27.4 to RR Watson, and that's a huge wicket for Ireland. It was short ball which he tried to pull, but could only top edge to fine leg who took a very good catch. 42/2 37.2 to ST Knox, short of a length, Knox came forward and it hit the shoulder of the bat and looped to gully who took an easy catch to bring Knox's vigil to an end. 64/4 99.2 to CM Wright, that's a big breakthrough for Ireland just before the close. Clean bowled, middle stump as he tried to defend on the front foot. 170/7

15.1 to NJ MacRae, he's gone!, It was a full ball that struck him on the front foot. It looked pretty straight to be honest and he didn't get very far forward. 21/1 36.3 to GM Hamilton, he's gone, it looked like a bad decision from here, he was well forward and it looked like he may have got an inside edge, he's pretty disgusted and it's a slow trudge off. 63/3 146.6 to JD Nel, another lbw for Ireland! This one looked pretty plum as Nel tried to flick a straight delivery through midwicket. It hit him right back on the stumps and probably would have hit halfway up middle and leg stump. 309/9 148.4 to JAR Blain, and that's it all over, short ball from O'Brien and Blain couldn't resist the hook shot, a big top edge took the ball out to deep midwicket where Thompson took a simple catch just inside the rope. 314/10

55.2 to RD Berrington, and he's gone, it was a lovely bit of bowling, just drawing him forward and spinning away to clip the edge through to O'Brien who takes a smart catch. Big wicket for Ireland and for Thompson. 114/5 69.2 to NFI McCallum, another one goes and that's a big wicket. He tried to sweep a very full ball and it looked from here that he was bowled around his legs, big turn for the youngster! McCallum looks bemused by it all as he walks off. 135/6 122.2 to SJS Smith, another big wicket for Ireland just as they were beginning to lose their grip on the game. It was a ball on a good length that hit Smith on the pad ...he was a long way down the pitch and may count himself a little unfortunate. 249/8

9.3 to EJG Morgan, he's gone, another wicket for Scotland and it's the big scalp of Morgan. It was on a good length and outside off stump, Morgan pushed away from his body and got a thin edge through to Smith who took a good catch low down. 32/2 15.1 to KJ O'Brien, Ireland will wish thay had have went off as they lose their fourth wicket, it was a full ball that O'Brien tried to play into the leg side, he seemed a little early on it and Umpire Baugh had no doubt. 59/4 45.2 to NJ O'Brien, big wicket for Scotland as O'Brien tries to hook a short delivery. His top edge went straight up in the air where point came round to take the simplest of catches. 181/5

8.3 to WTS Porterfield, big breakthrough for Scotland as Porterfield goes to a full ball which may have swung back at him a touch. It looked pretty plum and it was a very quick decision by the umpire to send him on his way. 31/1 10.2 to AR White, another wicket for Scotland, it was a ball just short of a length that White tried to cut but it was too close to him and he could only guide the ball to first slip, who took a smart catch low down. It was like catching practice. 40/3

96.3 to AC Botha, he's gone! Advancing again down the pitch, he was beaten in the flight with Smith completing the stumping after a brief fumble. Fantastic innings from Botha. 415/6

107.6 to AR Cusack, gone! it was another short ball which he backed away in attempt to cut over the slips, a very thin edge took the ball through to Smith for a regulation catch. 467/7 |
