Smriti Mandhana now has the most sixes by an India batter in women's T20Is  •  BCCI

221 - The highest total for India in women's T20Is. They surpassed their previous best of 217 for 4 against West Indies in Navi Mumbai in 2024. This was the fourth time India scored over 200 in a T20I.
191 - Sri Lanka also registered their highest total in T20Is, crossing their previous best of 184 for 4 against Malaysia in Dambulla in the 2024 Asia Cup.
412 - Total runs scored in the fourth T20I between India and Sri Lanka, the third-most in a women's T20I. Argentina and Chile were involved in a T20I with 490 runs in 2023. In the same year, the second T20I between West Indies and Australia produced 425 runs. These are the only three instances of more than 400 runs being scored in a women's T20I.
162 - The opening partnership between Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma, the highest for India for any wicket in women's T20Is. They bettered their own record of a 143-run stand for the opening wicket against West Indies in Gros Islet in 2019. This duo holds the record for the top three highest partnerships for India in T20Is.
10,053 - Runs Mandhana has scored in her international career so far, becoming only the fourth batter to score over 10,000 runs in international women's cricket. She was only 27 runs away from the landmark at the start of this game. Mithali Raj, Charlotte Edwards and Suzie Bates are the other three batters to have done so, making Mandhana only the second Indian in this elite club.
280 - Innings taken by Mandhana to reach this feat. She pips Raj by 11 innings to reach 10k. Both Edwards and Bates took over 300 innings each to complete 10,000 international runs.
8 - Sixes hit by India in this innings, the joint second-most for them in an innings in women's T20Is. The only time they hit more sixes was against Australia at the DY Patil Stadium in 2022 (nine). India struck 28 fours, also the second-most for them in an innings.
13.82 - The run rate in the unbeaten 53-run stand between Richa Ghosh and Harmanpreet Kaur that came off only 23 balls. It is the second-highest run rate for India in a 50-plus stand in T20Is. The first spot belongs to a 57-run partnership between Raj and Jemimah Rodrigues, also against Sri Lanka in 2018.
250 - Ghosh's strike rate in her knock of 40 not out in 16 balls. It is the second-highest strike rate for an India batter in an innings with more than 10 balls. Ghosh also holds the top record with a knock of 54 from 21 balls against West Indies in 2024.
3107 - Runs scored by Mandhana and Shafali batting together. They are the first pair in women's T20Is to amass over 3000 partnership runs. They also have the most 50-plus partnerships in the format (24).
1703 - International runs Mandhana has scored in 2025, the most for a batter in a calendar year in women' cricket. She goes past her own record of scoring 1659 runs in 2024.
80 - Total sixes hit by Mandhana in women's T20Is. She surpasses Harmanpreet (78) for the most sixes by an India batter in this format. Overall, she is fourth in the tally for most sixes in T20Is - behind Deandra Dottin (129), Sophie Devine (114), and Chamari Athapaththu (95).
3.3 - Overs Sri Lanka took to put their first 50 runs on the board. It is the fastest a team has completed their fifty against India in women's T20Is (where ball-by-ball data is available).
1 - Athapaththu became the first Sri Lankan player to feature in 150 women's T20Is. Only two other Sri Lankan players have featured in over 100 matches in the format - Nilakshika Silva (107) and Udeshika Prabodhani (106). Overall, only eight players have featured in 150 women's T20Is or more.
