Sid Talya's day report is here for your perusal. We will have more stories from Bangladesh later in the evening. It's been a pleasure bringing you this tour, and on behalf of all my colleagues at ESPNcricinfo, this is Nitin Sundar saying so long, and thanks for all the support! Cheers.

Sammy and the boys are all smiles as they line up for the pictures. Bangladesh had their moments, but they have only a T20 win and the dead-rubber Chittagong humiliation of the Windies to take out of this. Things will get tougher when they line up against an improving Pakistan unit. West Indies will also need to step up if they are to compete in India.

Shamim Choudhary, Bangladesh's answer to Henry Bloefeld, is in charge of the presentations.

Sammy now gets the big prize, a huge golden trophy with a cricket ball replica atop it. "This feels very good, we knew it was going to be difficult, but the efforts from the guys and the coaching staff - this was just reward. Good to see the way we came together. The coach Gibson focuses on constant improvements, and we showed that in this series. Bravo batted out of his skin, and then Shiv and Kirk took over.. It was a complete team effort."

Shakib marches ahead to pick up the Man of the Series award. Little consolation that for the hosts.

Kirk Edwards wins the Man of the Match award. "Definitely enjoyed my batting, but missed out on a second ton in the game. Hope to continue to press forward and win more games for West Indies. The Chittagong pitch was a bit like Trinidad, this one was like Guyana, so it was a question of adapting. Looking forward to India now."

Rahim: "We needed to play the first session without losing wickets, but that didn't happen. After losing the toss on a batting wicket, our bowlers did a great job, but our batting in the first-innings was a letdown. If you want a Test win, you need to score big, and that's something our top order could not do. Tough series coming up against Pakistan, hope we can pull up our socks."

"All those who bemoaned Roach's exclusion in place of Sammy must feel mighty silly now considering the comparison in figures, Sammy should just stop calling himself an allrounder and will probably get less of a hard time." Nicely said, James. But I wonder if the frequent dropping is helping Roach, who was more than impressive when given a long run - in Australia in 2009-10, and in the World Cup.

"Bishoo is 5th on the test wicket-takers list for 2011. One more and he'll be equal fourth with Stuart Broad, one behind Saeed Ajmal. Nice company he's keeping." Smudgeon, atop that list is .. umm.. Ishant Sharma, who was all over the shop in England. Still, credit to Bishoo, who is living up to the Emerging Player award the ICC gave him. India is waiting, though ...

Roach to Rubel, OUT

stumps everywhere, and Sammy picks up one and roars in joy. The Windies have won a series away from home for the first time since November 2003. The first win in a Test away since January 2008. Roach slips in a fast and straight ball that straightens on off stump to make a mockery of Rubel's defences before making a mess of his stumps. All over.

Roach to Rubel, no run

slow and short ball outside off to open the over, the batsman stays out of the line.

Roach is on to clean up the last bit of fur on the edge of the tail.

Bishoo to Rubel, 3 runs

on the pads, Rubel times a flick rather well and it hurtles away to deep midwicket.

79.5
Bishoo to Rubel, no run

fuller ball on middle, Rubel defends solidly this time.

79.4
Bishoo to Rubel, no run

legspinner straightens from the leg stump line. Rubel feels for it without quite knowing what the ball was doing.

Bishoo to Rubel, FOUR runs

a welcome gift from Bishoo, short and wide outside off, Rubel cracks it away for four. Good on Bishoo, but he will need to be a lot more disciplined in India.

Rubel is the new man in.

West Indies are a wicket away from a very, very rare overseas Test series win.

Bishoo to Md Naeem, OUT

Bishoo has five for the first time! Naeem is on his way, and I suspect Bangladesh don't quite know how to play legspin. Naeem was only creating the illusion of getting forward here, barely a foot out of the crease as he presents bat and pad close together, without any conviction as to what the ball was going to do. It was flat, quick and hurried along straight to hit him in front of middle. No doubts about this one.

Bishoo to Md Naeem, no run

Bishoo slips a flattish ball on middle down the leg side as Naeem is trapped on the back foot. Close, but safe.

Sammy to Shahadat, no run

over-pitched on off stump, Shahadat digs it out to the leg side.

Shahadat is careful to a length ball on off stump, and defends it back down the track.

on the pads, Naeem takes another single to the leg side to re-expose Shahadat.

Sammy to Shahadat, 1 run

back of a length outside off, Shahadat pushes it well into the covers for a single.

Smudgeon: "Correction: Australia use spinners like "dunny roll". To be fair, I get the feeling Lyon will probably get more chances than most of the last dozen."

78.1
Sammy to Shahadat, no run

Sammy wobbles in again from outside off stump, and Shahadat defends to the leg side.

tossed up to end the over, Naeem leans well forward and defends. He wasn't looking for the single there.

on the pads, Naeem stays in the crease and defends to the leg side.

again, covers the line as the ball spins away, and defends to the off side.

77.3
Bishoo to Md Naeem, no run

holds the length back a touch, and Naeem stays on the crease to defend to the off side.

"Am a great WIndies fan and spending most of my time with cricinfo since this series started. None of my comments are published and my wife has challenged for a surprise treat if my comments get published today ....can cricinfo help me to grab that one!" Harish, I'm happy with a 50-50 split of the goodies.

77.2
Bishoo to Md Naeem, no run

fuller ball still, Naeem leans out to defend off the front foot.

77.1
Bishoo to Md Naeem, no run

loopy ball outside off, Naeem blocks.
