9.1 to TH David, holes out to cow corner! It's two in two and Hobart are in a hole. David takes the forceful approach, a fast flat pull across the line as Behrendorff takes the pace off the short ball, he nailed the stroke, but straight at the man in the deep. Big trouble at the Optus now. 64/5
402125.251440
1.5 to CP Jewell, excellent take at deep backward square! A sharp bouncer from Morris, cramping Jewell on the pull with good pace and lift. A steepling top-edge gives Behrendorff a bit to do as he rushes in from the rope, but he throws his lanky frame forward to scoop up the chance. 12/1
3.2 to MS Wade, brilliant from Inglis behind the stumps! A change of pace from Morris, a knuckle-ball confounds Wade's attempts to invert his stance and deflect over fine leg. Inglis picked his movements, shaped to leg, then stuck out a right glove to grab an awkward chance, arriving slower than he might have anticipated. 21/2

8.6 to Z Crawley, Crawley holes out to long-off! Looking to emulate David, but without the conviction. Onto the front foot, a loose lofted drive, no timing on the stroke but a fine grab, leaping on the edge of the rope from Kelly. A timely wicket for Scorchers. 64/4
403027.501200
5.3 to BR McDermott, heaved across the line, huge top-edge, another one falls! Looked for a moment to have got away with it, but the ball plummeted like a stone as it reached the rope, for a simple take a foot inside the boundary. Trouble for Hobart now. 33/3
11.4 to Faheem Ashraf, hooked, and taken! Takes on the short ball but picks out fine leg! They are checking the ball wasn't over shoulder height, as Tye had bowled one for the over - but it's fine. Swung away straight to Morris, who holds it comfortably in front of the rope. 78/6
403518.751010
14.5 to DJM Short, plinked back to the bowler! Slower ball from Kelly and he holds the return. Just as Short looked like he was beginning to settle, he closes the face too early and Hurricanes lose their seventh wicket. 96/7

0.2 to SS Eskinazi, holes out to midwicket! Eskinazi is stuffed on the pull, scuffing low to a tumbling Jewell, right up by the splice by the time the bat arrived. Beaten for pace and a key early wicket!. 0/1
16.5 to JP Inglis, short ball, edged behind! Inglis falls looking to uppercut a 144kph delivery. Stepped away, aiming to get this chase done, but just got a tickle through to Wade. 141/3
402015.001100
1.6 to CT Bancroft, another attempted hoist across the line, plants the foot outside off, half an appeal for the lbw but optimistic. In fact, they are reviewing... well, in fact, it could be very close to off stump on impact. Actually, it's a brilliant review!. Set to hit middle after striking the pad in line, and now Scorchers are in bother. Wade reviewed with a second left on the clock! Looks as though McDermott at cover convinced everyone that the ball wasn't going over the stumps. 14/2
