19.2 to T Sangha, widish length ball outside off and Sangha attempts to whack it over the off-side area, mistimes the stroke and slices it in the air to mid-off, a simple catch for the ring fielder there.. 124/9 19.6 to R Hadley, Slower through the air ball and Hadley goes for the lap scoop, no pace to work with and chips a regulation catch to the wicketkeeper behind the stumps. 128/10
| 4 | 0 | 22 | 1 | 5.50 | 10 | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
17.2 to Shadab Khan, Taken at deep cover! Widish fuller length ball outside off, attempts to get underneath the ball and whack it over extra cover, did not get enough power or elevation to clear the fielder there. Cartwright comes forward and dives in to complete the catch.. 112/7
| 4 | 0 | 29 | 3 | 7.25 | 10 | 2 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
3.5 to M Gilkes, This time Gilkes has to depart! Change of pace ball on the stumps, plays the flick shot half-heartedly and connects the leading edge to mid-off. Stoinis has to move a step forward to complete the catch.. 33/1 13.6 to SW Billings, Billings picks out the midwicket fielder! Banged in short pitched ball on the stumps, played the swivel pull shot and did not time it well enough to clear the on-side boundary. Maxwell did not have to move an inch to pouch the catch there.. 90/5 18.4 to CJ Green, Soft dismissal! Widish length ball outside off, Green shuffles across inside the line of the ball, whips it straight into the hands of Rogers at short fine leg.. 122/8
| 3 | 0 | 25 | 2 | 8.33 | 7 | 2 | 1 | 2 | 0 | |
8.2 to DA Warner, What a comeback from Stoinis. Skipper gets skipper! Length ball shapes a wee bit away around off, places the full face of the bat early and shouts "Woahhhh" as he plays the stroke half-heartedly to the off-side area, clipping it straight to the backward point fielder.. 55/3 15.3 to DR Sams, clipped the leg stump! Full and straight on the leg stump line, Sams misses the straight ball as he tries to hoick it with the cross bat over the on-side infield, swing and a miss, and Stoinis gets his second wicket!. 103/6
| 4 | 0 | 18 | 2 | 4.50 | 9 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
5.1 to SJ Konstas, Cleaned him up! Bowls a length ball on the off stump line, hits the deck and straightens just enough to go through the bat-pad of Konstas, who tried to play the slog sweep over midwicket.. 39/2 9.5 to CT Bancroft, Massive appeal and the finger goes up! Good length ball skids on with the angle and hits the front pad as Bancroft moves inside the line of the ball early and misses the length. Bancroft wants to have another look and sends it upstairs. It appeared that Cameron Bancroft might have feather-edged it, as Ultra Edge picked up the faintest murmur, the tiniest of spikes. However, after reviewing the replays several times, the third umpire ruled that no bat was involved, noting that the ball didn't deviate. With the no-bat decision confirmed, ball-tracking showed the delivery pitching and impacting in line and just clipping the side of the leg stump. The original decision stands; Bancroft is out, and we'll head straight into a drinks break.. 63/4

9.4 to JM Clarke, Matthew Gilkes just pulled off something superhuman! "Catch it" is the cry and Gilkes takes a stunner! A tossed up fuller length ball outside off, plays it inside-out and picks out the gap well over the covers; the fielder sprinting hard to his left from long off, he launched into a spectacular, full-stretch dive, snatching the ball safely in both hands as he skidded across the turf. That was an absolutely incredible piece of fielding!. 86/1
