The slog sweep connects with air and Narine connects with the stumps. Brought this closer to off stump and spinning into Taylor, who was eyeing the cow corner boundary again. Simmons, probably more confident after the last over, was shaping to thrash this into the offside after stepping away, but it was a slower bouncer that he didn't read at all. Way too early into the shot, which takes the toe end of the bat and loops comfortably to backward square leg. Clever bit of bowling by the young pacer. 22/1 16.3 to DM Bravo, slower ball and he backs away to try and punch through cover, but it flies off the bat's top half and taken by the fielder running in to take it. 142/6 | ||||||||||
