Scorchers make it three wins on the bounce. Jhye Richardson broke the back of the Hurricanes chase with his double-strike in the second over, sending back danger men Matthew Wade and a woefully out of form David Miller. He came back to pick up another two late in the innings to finish with 4-19, his best T20 figures. In between that, Fawad Ahmed picked up a couple as Hurricanes never really threatened to get close. Liam Livingstone finished with two to complete what was a mere formality in the end.
