Tried to go through the line, got done in by the turn and the flight, it spliced high to Hatcher at point. Nice high catch. 17.1 to PI Walter, Leading edge off the scoop balloons to backward point, who charges forward, dives in front to end Walter's short stay. He premeditated, tried to pick it up from well outside off. 158/5 19.4 to MG Neser, Dipping yorker goes under bat and onto middle stump. Neser was on the front foot, tried to go down the ground but couldn't crouch low enough in time to get bat on it. Zaman finishes his season with a wicket.. 172/10 | ||||||||||

11.5 to J Brown, Full toss is crunched straight down Hales' throat at long-off. Sams gave Brown some room, it was just under top-of-stump height and Brown tried to club and far.. 107/2 18.1 to NA McSweeney, McSweeney drives hard but finds cover! His anchoring 73 comes to an end. It was a full, slow wide one from Sams that had the batter dance down and try to lift it over the infield. Got the power but not the placement. Hales, who was at the edge of the ring, took a good reflex catch close to the head.. 165/6 18.3 to XC Bartlett, The slower one hands Sams another wicket! 106ks on a length, it's outside off, Bartlett tried to pump it either straight or over mid-on, got it off the thick outside edge and it ballooned to Hales again at cover.. 166/7 18.4 to SH Johnson, Third wicket off the over, all off the slower one. Heat have lost 5 for 10!. It was on the fuller side of length. Johnson tried to go big first ball. Went for the big heave across the line and top edged it to point. 166/8 18.6 to MJ Swepson, Wide and full, Swepson stood well outside off, tried to slap the length ball down the ground. Top edged it to long-off, Sams has four in his final over and ends with 5 for 30!. 166/9 | ||||||||||

This one was short and angling away outside off, Sams tried powering the cut but got it right on the middle of the toe. Swepson lunges low and reverse cups it. Johnson is ecstatic, as is the crowd.. 123/5 18.6 to AI Ross, Johnson bounces out Ross. Room made, batter followed, it's pulled from in front of the face. 13.1 to CT Bancroft, Neser juggles but takes it running back from short fine leg. Back of hander at the stumps, Bancroft went across and tried launching a scoop but had to manufacture all the pace. Ended up ballooning it, Neser ran a few metres to get to it, slight fumble but it stayed near his chest.. 97/3 17.5 to CJ Green, Back-of-hand slower one is ballooned to short third It was on a length, top-of-stump height. Green has a mighty swipe across the line. He'd made room but that worked against him as the ball took the top edge and popped to Kuhnemann. Heat close to sealing this now.. 135/7 19.6 to GS Sandhu, A boundary catch is taken and Heat continue their winning streak Short and slow into the pitch, Sandhu pulled it hard and flat in the air, Brand was close to the boundary and didn't have to move much. 6.3 to AD Hales, Spin vs Hales works. Slices a shortish ball straight to cover. Hales was on the back foot, got one around fourth, just over stump-height, tried to heave it across. Kuhnemann hurried him to strike first over.. 58/1 15.5 to O Davies, Skied, Kuhnemann has to run far and the dude turns himself into Usain Bolt to snag it. He tracked it while running back, ran full pace, extended his arms after getting close and took it while on the slide. Seamless celebrations as he pointed his fingers up while sliding on his feet.
