Just as it seems the ball would sail over the ropes, Gurbaz comes hurtling to his right, stretches out, flicks the ball into the air, crosses the ropes and returns to complete the catch! Length delivery and Mendis, moments after Nissanka's dismissal, looks for the extravagant reverse sweep. Flighted nicely on a full length on leg stump. Bandara shuffles across and looks for the paddle. The ball, though, dips very late and is anyway too full to be playing that stroke.
