Jamaica: Melbourne, St. Catherine summer camps

Melbourne CC and St. Catherine CC will stage their annual summer youth camps next month.

The Melbourne camp for youngsters age 9 to 16 will be held at Melbourne Oval, Derrymore Road, August 9 to 27 from 9.30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day, Monday to Friday.

The coaches will include Ordelmo Peters, Robert Samuels, Arthur Barrett, Gerald Wollaston and Courtney Walsh who will be present during the final 10 days.

Application forms are available at the club.

The St. Catherine CC camp for youngsters aged 12 to 16 and sponsored by Milo will be held at Chedwin Park, August 3 to 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day under the direction of Renford Pinnock.

At the end of the camps, teams representing the two camps along with one representing the Kingston CC's camp will compete for the "Dolly" Bacchus Trophy.
