MCC to tour Canada

The MCC will pay a long awaited return visit to Canada this autumn. The tour is from September 18th to October 4th 2000 with games scheduled for Ottawa vs an Eastern Canada XI. The touring party then returns to Toronto where they will play a series of games against a Canadian Development XI and members of the senior squad in a proposed one day game and at least one two day game in the Toronto area. The party then journeys west with a game in Calgary against a Prairies XI and then on to British Columbia with games against provincial squads in Vancouver and one game in Victoria. The party then returns to the UK. We sincerely hope that the MCC will again return to Canada in the near future
