Media arrangements as second set of teams arrives for ICC Champions Trophy

The six teams yet to arrive in India for this year's ICC Champions Trophy arrive in New Delhi over the next three days and all of them will meet the media in the city before heading for the venues of their opening matches in the tournament

The six teams yet to arrive in India for this year's ICC Champions Trophy arrive in New Delhi over the next three days and all of them will meet the media in the city before heading for the venues of their opening matches in the tournament.
The media sessions for those six sides - Australia, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan and South Africa - will all take place in Le Meridien Hotel, Janpath, New Delhi, and are as follows:
Friday 6 October, 1700 - 1730 - South Africa arrival media conference, Windsor Room
Saturday 7 October, 1430 - 1500 - England arrival media conference, Windsor Room; 1630 - 1700 - Pakistan arrival media conference, Windsor Room
Sunday 8 October, 1100 - 1200 - England open media session, Raisina Room; 1200 - 1300 - South Africa open media session, Raisina Room; 1400 - 1500 - Australia open media session, Raisina Room; 1500 - 1600 - India open media session, Raisina Room; 1600 - 1700 - Pakistan open media session, Raisina Room
Monday 9 October, 1030 - 1130 - New Zealand open media session, Raisina Room
The arrival media conferences will typically involve the captain, coach and team manager while the open media sessions will typically involve some of the leading players from the relevant team although please note arrangements are subject to amendment.
Members of the media wishing to attend these sessions should bring some form of identification with them to gain access.
The ICC Champions Trophy begins on Saturday 7 October when Bangladesh takes on Sri Lanka in Mohali. It is the first of 21 matches over 30 days at four venues throughout India - Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Mohali and Mumbai (the Cricket Club of India) - with the final taking place in Mumbai on 5 November.
The West Indies are the defending champions after beating England by two wickets in the 2004 final at The Brit Oval.
