Incogniti Cricket Club Cricket Team News & Matches
Formed in 1862, the Ingogniti means 'unknown only to the unknown'. They have a wide membership and almost 100 annual fixtures. The `Incog' colours of purple, yellow and black have flown as far afield as USA (three times), Canada, Germany, Holland and Denmark. Their links with the Services are particularly strong and tours a speciality. One name must be mentioned in this brief note, that of Oliver Battcock, an Incog legend who played every season from 1927 until his death in 1970, with career figures for the club alone - he was also the patriarch of Datchet - of 2,204 wickets at 13 runs each.
