2.1 to H Davids, Kula has struck with another of his massive incutters, unplayable delivery that, that one again swerves in a long way, with the keeper standing up, Davids couldn't skip down to try counter the movement, he stays in the crease, doesn't cover for how much the ball moves and he's bowled. 11/1 18.4 to DA Miller, Chandimal makes amends for that drop with a superb catch to send back David Miller, he has to run back from cover after Miller miscues an attempted big hit, with these swirling winds around it is not easy to judge where the ball is going to land, Chandimal judges it perfectly and holds on. 132/6 | ||||||||||

8.2 to F du Plessis, Malinga at his best, as always when playing Malinga the batsman has to be worried about his toes, du Plessis can't get the bat down in time to stop that inswinging delivery that takes out middle stump, a full delivery deflected off the pads and heads for the stumps, too good for du Plessis. 48/3 | ||||||||||

7.4 to Q de Kock, de Kock's strategy of stepping down to nearly every delivery worked well so far, but he has missed this one and is stranded a long way out, Sangakkara has loads of time to take off the bails, Senanayake ends an enterprising innings, that ball moved in towards the pads instead of spinning away. 44/2 15.3 to JP Duminy, Duminy looks to smash that over the leg side, but can only top-edge as he attempts a big hit, the ball swirls around but Mathews settles under it around extra cover and pouches it, that one drifted in from Senanayake and spins away. 105/5 | ||||||||||

0.6 to DPMD Jayawardene, Tsostsobe gets the big wicket, South Africa are jubilant as Jayawardene has nicked one through to the keeper, that was short of a length and outside off, nothing alarming about the delivery, the angle took the ball across him, a bit of a nothing push forward from Jayawardene, bottom hand comes off as he pushes at the ball. 8/1 4.2 to LD Chandimal, full and wide outside off, Chandimal chases that one with a wild lash, wanted to power that through cover, a thin edge through to the keeper, Chandimal's poor record in T20s becomes poorer still, for a minute he hopes for a reprieve as the umpires check for the no-ball, no problem there for Tsotsobe, and Chandimal is on his way. 27/2 | ||||||||||

Sanga wanted to go over Wiese at extra cover, the ball was shortish and wide, nothing in it, but Sanga could not get enough bat on it, Wiese back-pedalled at the edge of the circle, took it above his head and managed to hold on as he fell to the ground. 90/6 18.2 to KMDN Kulasekara, and if Sri Lanka thought that six could kickstart a fightback, it doesn't, the very next ball is full and just outside off, a thick edge through to the keeper, Kula is gone, and Sri Lanka's hopes continue to fade. 112/7 | ||||||||||
