Aces squad to take on southern men named

The State Auckland Aces squad to play two State Championship matches in the South Island over the next fortnight has been named by the Auckland cricket selectors

The State Auckland Aces squad to play two State Championship matches in the South Island over the next fortnight has been named by the Auckland cricket selectors.
The squad is comprised of the 11 players who started the Aces' drawn match against the State Central Stags, together with paceman Heath Davis who returns from injury.
The Aces play Otago in Queenstown from February 25-28, then head to Christchurch to play Canterbury from March 3-6. The Auckland team currently leads the State Championship table, but only by one point.
