ICC Event Technical Committee accepts replacement of Gillespie with Bracken

The ICC Event Technical Committee (ETC) today accepted the replacement of Jason Gillespie with Nathan Bracken. The ETC received medical reports from three doctors confirming that Gillespie is injured and the replacement has been accepted on medical grounds.
