Left-hand batsman Stacy Ann King, offspinner Afy Fletcher, and 19-year old allrounder Chinelle Henry have been recalled to West Indies women's squad for the upcoming tour of Sri Lanka.
King, 31, has played 53 ODIs and 61 T20Is. Her previous international appearance was at the Women's World Twenty20 semi-final against Australia last year. Fletcher, 28, will be making her first international appearance in six years, having played 13 ODIs and two T20Is between 2008 and 2009. Her last international was a Super Six match against England in the 2009 Women's World Cup in Australia. Henry has appeared in two ODIs and four T20Is between October 2013 and February last year before losing her place in the side.
West Indies, however, will be without left-handed allrounder Shanel Daley, who has been sidelined with a knee injury. Legspinner Shaquana Quintyne and medium-pacer Shakera Selman, who were all part of the previous ICC Women's Championship series in Australia, also miss out.
The team will be coached by former West Indies fast bowler Vasbert Drakes, who will replace Sherwin Campbell for the role. Campbell had guided the side for the last seven years.
West Indies are scheduled to play four ODIs - the last three of which will count towards the ICC Women's Championship - as well as three T20Is. The squad is set to depart from Barbados on Wednesday, and will arrive in Colombo on Saturday to begin a nine-day training camp before the start of the series.
The ICC Women's Championship is a multi-year, bilateral competition between the top eight international women sides that will lead to qualification for the 2017 Women's World Cup, to be held in England.
West Indies squad: Merissa Aguilleira (Captain), Stafanie Taylor (Vice-Captain), Shemaine Campbelle, Shamilia Connell, Britney Cooper, Deandra Dottin , Afy Fletcher, Chinelle Henry, Stacy-Ann King, Kycia Knight, Hayley Matthews, Anisa Mohammed, Subrina Munroe, Tremayne Smartt
